Step 1
Download and print your bill of lading.

Step 2
Fill out your name, address, city, and state on the top half of the enclosed form enclosed form. Then Print and sign your name at the bottom of the form.

(Your Bill of Lading Is marked collect at the top, this just means that they will collect the shipping payment from us when we recieve the core.)



Step 3
Call 1-800-755-2728 and tell the operator your zip code and that you have a bill of lading and would like to schedule a pickup. The operator will then transfer you to your nearest service center where the pickup order can be placed.
The core is being shipped to 301 Corinth @ Industrial Blvd. Dallas, TX 75207.

Step 4
Be sure your core is drained and boxed for pickup.

Step 5
After your core is inspected the full amount of your deposit will be put back on your card.
Keep your bill of Lading. It must be presented at the time of pickup.

Your core must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive your full deposit
