Step 2
Fill out your name, address, city, and state on the top half of the enclosed form enclosed form. Then sign and date the bottom of the form.
Step 3
Call 1-800-333-7400 and tell the operator that you have a bill of lading and would like to schedule a transmission core pickup. The account number for the pickup is 19551851
The core is being shipped to 301 Corinth @ Industrial Blvd. Dallas, TX 75207.
Step 4
Be sure your core is drained and boxed for pickup.
Step 5
After your core is inspected the full amount of your deposit will be put back on your card.
Keep your bill of Lading. It must be presented at the time of pickup.
Your core must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive your full deposit
