In the rare case of a transmission failure please call our warranty department where a representative will assist you with the warranty process. 1-888-995-7278
Warranty department hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm CST.
If your transmission came with a mail in warranty card, be sure to mail it within the allotted amount of time. Warranties will not be honored if the card has not been mailed in prior to warranty call.
